Excel Bootcamp



The EXCEL program is a cross- breeding system that blends all the key elements that make up a well conditioned functional athlete ( agility, endurance, speed, strength, power) combined with a progressive overloading system of gradual imposed demand. This approach to fitness makes for an ever evolving athlete and overall balanced physic.

In this program you will be exposed to a number of different training tools (kettle bells, free weights, cabled and banded resistance to name a few) and protocols ( tabada drills, complex circuits, deficit rest to work ratio sets, team and partner drills) to accomplish your goals as well as standard testing to gage your progression each month.
