Running Program

Running Program Times

Our Brickhouse Gym Running Program is volunteer lead and runs (tee her) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:10 pm.

We have 2 different paces:

  1. Run / Walk – 10 min run – 1 min walk
  2. Walk/ Run – 5 min walk – 1 min run

Distance: Usually around 3.5 to 5 kms.
